👉 First connection - Join BeeMyFlex

🏁 You have just received an invitation by email to join BeeMyFlex.

By clicking on the blue button Join BeeMyFlex, you will be redirected to the first connection screen:

⚠️ For organizations using an SSO authentication system, it is not possible to set a password. The system will automatically recognize you.

If your organization does not use an SSO authentication system, vYou can now set your password and click Continue.

ℹ️ Your password must meet standard security standards:

You then access your Profile :

So you just need to provide at least your First name and your Name and click on Save.

✅ You can now access all the features of BeeMyFlex!

👉 First time connection - I did not receive an invitation to join BeeMyFlex

No problem ! No need to search your spam folder.


Simply click on the following link: Access to BeeMyFlex


You will be redirected to the following screen:

Now click on Inscription.

Enter your email address as created in BeeMyFlex (👉 check this with your administrator) and click Continue.

You can now set your password and click Continue.

ℹ️ Your password must meet standard security standards:

🚨 If you have been directed to the screen below, you have not successfully joined your organization 🚨


Do not panic ! We explain why and how!

1️⃣ You may have entered your email address (login) incorrectly. We often make mistakes with extensions.

2️⃣ Your account may not have been created by your administrator yet.

👉 First of all click on the following link: Sign out

👉 Contact your administrator to ensure that your account has been created with the correct email address.

👉 Try again by clicking on the following link: Access to BeeMyFlex

✅ If all goes well, you will then access your Profile :

So you just need to provide at least your First name and your Name and click on Save.

✅ You can now access all the features of BeeMyFlex!

👉 Login - How do I change my password?

⚠️ For organizations using an SSO authentication system, please contact your administrator.

If your organization does not use an SSO authentication system, here is the method to follow:

To change your password, simply log out of the application, then on the new screen, enter your email address (login) and click on Continue.

On this new screen, click on the link Forgot your password ? then on Continue.

⚠️ Double-check your email address, and click on Continue.

You will then receive an email with a link to set your new password.

ℹ️ Your password must meet standard security standards:

👉 Login - My login or password is incorrect

⚠️ For organizations using an SSO authentication system, please contact your administrator.

If your organization does not use an SSO authentication system,When you authenticate with your login and password, if the following message is displayed:

1️⃣ Check the syntax of your email address (login) in particular its extension (we often confuse . com and other extensions).

2️⃣ Click on the link Forgot your password ?

3️⃣ If you do not receive an email to reset your password, it is likely that your account was not created. In this case, contact your administrator.

👉 Login - My account has been archived - What should I do?

When you authenticate, a message appears informing you that your account has been archived ?

👉 Notify your administrator so they can reactivate your account.

👉 Connection by SSO - I am asked for a password when I should be recognized with my login

Your organization has implemented SSO (Single Sign On) authentication.

When you enter your email address, the system takes you directly to your organization's directory in order to validate your authentication and takes you to the application.

🚨 If you enter your email address and you are directed to the following screen 🚨

1️⃣ Check the syntax of your email address (login) in particular its extension (we often confuse . com and other extensions).

2️⃣ If you are sure of the syntax of your email address (login) and you are stuck on this screen, contact your administrator.

👉 Login - What should I do if I change my email address (login)?

It is currently not possible to modify the email address of your account which is used as a login to the application.


There are 2 options:


1️⃣ You can keep your email address if you are sure to continue receiving emails to this address.


2️⃣ You can ask your administrator to archive your account and create an account with your new email address. ⚠️ You will not be able to keep your calendar history.

👉 Management - What are the differences between a team and a group?

1️⃣ The groups

A group allows you to display the Live and the Forecasts des collaborateurs appartenant à des équipes transverses avec qui vous travaillez sur un sujet ou un projet. 

Anyone can create custom groups. These groups are not public and are not shared.

For example, if you are working on a call for tenders with collaborators from cross-functional teams, you can create the “Call for tender A” group and associate the collaborators concerned.

ℹ️ If your organization has restricted access to Live and Forecasts so that you can only access your team, the group management functionality is then disabled (Updated 05/15/2023: this restriction no longer exists)

2️⃣ The teams


The notion of team allows you to materialize the structure of your organization in the application.

👉 L'Administrator can create teams, define the Manager and attach collaborators to each team (Updated 05/15/23 - Team management by the Administrator)

👉 The Manager can create teams and attach employees to their teams.

A team allows you to display the Live and the Forecasts employees of your team.

For a Manager :

▶️ He has access to Indicators of his team.

▶️ It can apply Rules to his team.

👉 Display - I can't find my team either live or in the forecasts

▶️ When you access the Live or to Forecasts, all employees in the organization are displayed and the selector indicates My organization.

▶️ If you click on the selector you can only select My organization and the Groups that you have created.

👉 Access your profile by clicking on your photo or initials at the top right of the screen and check in the section Roles and Membership if you are attached to a Team and to a Manager.

If these 2 pieces of information are not provided and it is indicated Team And Manager, contact your manager and/or administrator.

They will be able to connect you to your team.

👉 Display - I cannot find some of my team members in the live stream or forecasts

If you cannot find some of your collaborators when you select your Team in the Live or in the Forecasts, it is possible that they are not attached to your team or that their account has not been created (or has been archived).

In this case you can notify your manager and/or your administrator.

👉 Profile - I am not attached to the right team or manager

If the collaborators who appear in the Live where the Forecasts are not in your Team and the team name in the selector at the top right is not yours, you are probably attached to a team other than yours.

In this case, notify your manager and/or your administrator.


👉 Calendar - My default workplace does not appear when I select a day

When you declare in your Calendar the statute Bureau, your Site And Workspace by default are automatically filled in the field Workplace.

There are 3 reasons why your Site And Workspace are not automatically populated:

1️⃣ Your Site And Workspace by default are complete on that day.

You can check this by viewing the list of workplaces, your Site And Workspace appear in gray with the words 0 likes outstanding.

In this case, you can change Status or select another Workplace.

2️⃣ You are not attached to a website And a workspace.

👉 To check it, go to your Profile by clicking on your photo or initials at the top right of the screen and check in the section Roles and Membership if you are attached to a Site and to a Workspace.

If these 2 pieces of information are not provided and it is indicated Site And Workspace, contact your administrator.

He will be able to connect you to a Site and to a Workspace by default.

3️⃣ Your organization is in flex office and no employee is attached to a Site And Workspace by default.

👉 Calendar - Teleworking mode does not appear when I select a day

When you want to declare in your Calendar the statute Telework, and it does not appear:

Your organization does not allow you to telework

👉 To check it, go to your Profile by clicking on your photo or initials at the top right of the screen and check in the section Settings and Teleworking authorized is activated

If the cursor is on the left as below you are not authorized to telework

If an error occurs, contact your administrator

👉 Calendar - My default workplace is not correct when I select a day

When you declare in your Calendar the statute Bureau, your Site And Workspace by default are not correctly entered in the field Workplace.

In this case, contact your administrator to assign you to the site and workspace in question.

👉 Calendar - My default workplace does not appear when I select multiple days

You select several days of your Calendar and you wish to declare the status Bureau for all these days. Your Site And Workspace by default are not automatically populated in the field Workplace.

There are 3 possible reasons:

1️⃣ Your Workspace by default is already full on one of the selected days.

You can easily check it in the list of Work places. This is the case if your Workspace by default appears grayed out with the words 0 likes outstanding.

2️⃣ You are not attached to a Site and one Workspace by default.


You can inquire with your administrator.

3️⃣ Your organization is in flex office and no employee is attached to a Site And Workspace by default.

👉 Calendar - I can't find some workplaces in the list

When you declare in your Calendar the statute Bureau, you cannot find in the field Workplace the Site And Workspace where you want to be.

There are 3 possible reasons:

1️⃣ This Workspace has not yet been created.

👉 Ask your administrator for more information.

2️⃣ This Workspace has been archived.

👉 Ask your administrator for more information.

3️⃣ This Workspace is a private or sensitive space that cannot be shared with other employees.

👉 If you are one of the collaborators authorized to be in this Workspace, contact your administrator so that they can assign you to it by default.

👉 Calendar - I cannot deviate

You declare a work mode in your calendar and a message appears to inform you that it does not comply with your manager's rules.

You can't deviate?

There are 2 possible reasons:

1️⃣ You have selected several days at once

You must select each day individually to deviate.

To understand this behavior of the application, you need to look at the example below:

🤔 If I am authorized to telework 2 days per week and I select 3 days in the same week to declare that I am teleworking. The application needs to know which of the 3 days you are deviating from to notify your manager! It is therefore essential to declare your working method in a unitary manner in this case.

2️⃣ One of the rules that has been triggered cannot be waived.

The rule which cannot be waived is prefixed by a hollow pictogram:

In this case, you are not allowed to deviate from this rule.

However, if you think you are allowed to deviate from this rule, contact your administrator.

👉 Calendar - How to delete a work mode entered on a day?

Were you too quick and you entered a date or a working method that you want to delete?

You don't need to delete it! You simply modify it by clicking on the date concerned.

And if you're not sure how you'll work that day, we won't blame you! You can change your calendar the same day.

👉 Calendar - How is part-time managed?

If you work part-time (4/5, half-time, etc.), it is necessary to inform your administrator.

To find out your working days:

👉 Click on your profile or initials at the top right of the screen, then select My profile.

👉 Access the section Settings.

Here for example your working days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

ℹ️ Gray days are not opened by your organization. If you work on one of the grayed out days, contact your administrator.

Your calendar takes into account your working days in your Calendar.

👉 Calendar - Can I modify the past days?

Rectification of days prior to today's date is not possible.

Only your manager or administrator can do this.

In this case, do not hesitate to contact them!

👉 Manager - I can't find my teams or colleagues

You cannot find your teams in the selector Live and Forecasts ?

First make sure you have created them correctly!

👉 Click on your profile photo or initials at the top right of the screen.

👉 Select My teams.

👉 If you have not yet created a team, you can do so yourself by clicking on the button Create.
